Dear ashley,

I am shallow and vein. I practice apathy and while you were kept up at night in fever, I slept soundly. You thought we had the bright eyes kind of love, but I guess you were wrong now. don't get me wrong, I still love you, but I love _______ too. Maybe even more than I love you.. I'm ever so sorry I hurt you in the way I wanted you to hurt me, to give me an excuse for my angst. I dont think it is a good idea if we see each other over the summer, maybe ever again, because I dont want to feel anything more for you. Im drawn to you so strongly already. I want to claw your flesh away just to rip out your heart and keep it for myself. it may not sound like it but I still love you, and thats what I want to erase. Once again, I am so sorry.
